2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Service requests and bids

Home Members are responsible for the accuracy of service requests. Pros are responsible for the accuracy and professionalism of their bids and services.

4. Fees

Posting requests is free. dun may charge service fees to pros for accepted bids. Fee schedules are posted in your account settings.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent bids, or harass other users.

6. Limitation of liability

dun is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to any service agreement between Home Members and pros and are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered.
